The coolest part about our "labs thing" is that it's such a free-form, informal place. Engaging in the labs is a welcome opportunity to think, and talk, about what you'd like to see made possible in a la mode software.

This web log, or blog for short, is a great way for the product managers here at "the mode" to throw ideas out in the public eye, and our Research Fellows too. Remember, the Research Fellows are just like you: Out there in the appraisal field every day earning a living.
